Bike Ride: Heart of Lincoln County

Take a ride in the country with me...

Lately I've had nothing to do, no one to hang out with. It makes me feel lonely sometimes or maybe just a loser. Yeah. So today I decided I was going to get off my butt and go do something! A bike ride. I went down a dirt road as you can see, letting it take me to where ever it intended to. This country is so beautiful, and I'm so glad I was able to discover new things even if I was by myself! Sometimes you and can be your own best friend. I can, I guess.

Just Try It

So I tried. I did it. Went out on a limb and decided I will wear blue eyeshadow today. Usually when you think of blue eyeshadow you think of the 80's or some trashy lady. No offense. I used a copper shimmer to balance it out, NOT just blue my friends. I liked how it turned out, but definitely not one of my go-to looks. I am also sporting my brother's Pirates jersey. It's so comfortable. I would recommend getting your own little brother, particularly around the age of 14. ;) Just letting you in on a little of my life! Sometimes I just don't know what to write about. You know, writer's block. Ugh.

Tight Ride

An hour ride home in a 3 passenger truck with no a/c. We fit 4 of us into the truck. I was the only girl in the vehicle. Bubbles were popped. To top it off I was wearing a dress, and I had to spread my legs so he could use the clutch. While trying to still be a lady. Bloody hell! With no a/c the windows were down, so my wild mane of hair was blowing in every direction. I finally grabbed my buddy's baseball cap and wore it. That hat was a life-saver. The ride home seemed like the longest hour ever. Though I am alive. Luckily.

PB&J

Those times where you want to make a video, but you have no idea what to do... Though it turns out to be fun anyway! Harmony and I are just crazy. It's true. Life is fun that way! I call this PB&J because Harmony and I are constantly paired together. Stuck like glue. We do love each other, luckily... I know I do! I love having someone to tell everything to, and she actually understands me. She is a blessing in my life! Hallelujah.

The Breakfast of Champions

Yes, I had a delicious piece of pie for breakfast. Shoot me. It's Coconut Creme pie! I just had to give in. It has been comfortably sitting in my fridge mocking me. Don't let that pie mock you. Eat it. Yeah, take that sweet dessert that I love oh so much! Of course I don't mind eating you, even if you go to unwanted places of my teenage body. Just look at that scrumptious piece of pie, isn't it cute? Yes. Of course it is. Especially in my tummy! OM NOM NOM...

Magical Week with Cousins

While they visited we had quite the down pour. First idea: Let's go dance in the rain! Heck yes. Bring on the moisture. I was drenched, everything was clinging to my body. There was just enough of Panaca Dew for all of us crazies. I just remember constantly screaming as I danced in the rain, not much of singing. No matter what, I've convinced myself that Gene Kelly would be so proud of our little souls. I don't doubt it for one bit. Besides he is dead, therefore I can put words into his mouth. *cue the evil laughter*

A Day At The Spring

The Spring: A Small Town's swimming pool

I had already been awake, but I hadn't showered or gotten ready for the day yet. Lazy bum. Then I look over at my phone and Lehi is calling me... WHY? "Hey, what are you doing?" "Nothing really..." (I'm gross, don't ask me to go in public!) "Want to go swimming with me and Tanner?" Anyway, I gave in. No shower. No makeup. I must really love these guys! This is a big deal. We swam and had a good time. Then we took a trip to the gas station. Man, I was pushing my luck. More publicity! Tanner wanted to go swimming again with his lady friend, so we went back to the spring. I had my dry warm t-shirt on, and Lehi decides to put me over his shoulder. Great. I'm going to die. Scream bloody murder! "PUT ME DOWN!" I was taken by my own will and thrown into the watery abyss. I think I was thrown in at least 5 times. Oh the joy.

Lalala... Love life, What's That?

My love life is pretty translucent, it's there and then... BAM! It's gone. I've had my heart broken before. It's true, I may be 18 but I know what I've been through. It sucks. Your last relationship constantly plays through your head like an annoying pop song. Much worse than Call Me Maybe, believe me! Though life goes on. "There's plenty of other fish in the sea." Blah. What if I really liked that one fish? Guess it was just a catch and release. Now I need to find my CATCH! That guy that you know is quite the catch when you meet him, not some pansy. Then start reeling! Lalala... Love life, what's that? Good question. I haven't really figured that one out yet. Not entirely.

A Smile

A Smile can totally change your appearance. I'm living proof. I mean just look how different I look. Smiling can be contagious, that's for sure. Especially when a cute man smiles at you! You smile back. Feel honored. That man just used all of those muscles to smile at you. You are on Cloud 9, stay there. Keep grinning dearies!

Mr. BlueSky

Nothing like laying in the fresh-cut green grass, as you stare up into the Blue sky. The scent surrounds you, that earthy fragrance. Take it in. You seem alone. Almost. Letting all your thoughts soak in. The shade blocks some of the warmth from the sun, but barely. You are ready to take on the day. Though sooner or later Mr. Night will come along...
